Appeal from the United States District Court
for the Northern District of Illinois,

Stipulation and Order to Enlarge Time

MySpace is looking to settle with Marat Nigmatzyanov and Yevgeniy Leshchinsky.

This is a Stipulation and Order that allows Nigmatzyanov and Leshchinsky to not answer the lawsuit (avoiding default judgment) until at least May 11, 2007.

Transfer Declined

On April 6, 2007, the Hon. R. Gary Klausner declined to allow MySpace Inc., v. Sanford Wallace, et al. to be transferred into his court.

It appears that his court was suggested as the logical home for the case since it is similar to another case. But, Judge Klausner didn't agree, so he kicked it back.

Motion to Show Cause (Spamhaus Listings)

This is a motion for order to show cause claiming that:

  • Spamhaus has listed e360insight LLC IPs without "clear and convincing evidence" that they have violated US law in SBL51828
  • Spamhaus has listed e360insight LLC IPs without "clear and convincing evidence" that they have violated US law in SBL52363
  • The Spamhaus listings have caused Time Warner to disconnect e360insight

Recusal of Judge Morrow

The Honorable Margaret M. Morrow has recused herself from the case because she owns stock in News Corp., the parent company of MySpace, Inc.
