Why she dismissed
She did not like the idea of taxpayer money being used to defend an unrepentant spammer.
Though the Law Offices of F. Bari Nejadpour took the case at no charge, Ms. Thomson did not want to waste taxpayer money for a congressman that hopefully will be out of office after the next election.
